Honestly, these elves are definitely evil, though some fairies in mythology are mischievous and evil, closer to demons. They still give a bad name to the actual good fairies smh.
The old man didn't waste any time trying to possess/absorb Xingyun's body for himself, I at least thought he'd wait a little longer but nope he about that action!! Too bad for him, his other "brothers" ain't feeling his plan all the way, so he might get backstabbed at the last moment and give the MC the moment he needs to break free. And oh boy when he does, I feel sorry for them (not really), if he's strong enough he's going to unleash a level of wrath so terrifying, even Athena would be impressed lmao. I'm excited to see how this turns out (for the enemies that is).
